Sunday at the 75th annual Golden Globes Oprah Winfrey riled up the Hollywood elites with her fiery speech saying ‘a new day is on the horizon’. She then added, ‘What I know for sure is that speaking your truth is the most powerful tool we all have.’
Of course, she did say ‘YOUR truth’ not ‘OUR truth’ right? As Conservative Ben Shapiro said, “There is no such thing as ‘your truth.’ There is the truth and your opinion.”
The truth of the matter is, Oprah lectured the nation and the white men for their monstrous sexual abuse, but where was she when everyone was speaking out about this decades ago?
Most all of the men accused of abusive behavior against women in the past several months are liberal elites.
But wait a minute. Where was Oprah back when young actors like Corey Feldman were complaining about the perverts like Weinstein in Hollywood? Didn’t Oprah actually act like a ‘go between’ for Weinstein himself?
If you remember not that long ago, a British actress, Kadian Noble accused Weinstein and Oprah of persuading her to his hotel room. Noble first met Weinstein at an event in London. At the time, Weinstein was partying with model Naomi Campbell and Oprah.
Noble recalled, ‘I thought, obviously, this man has something amazing in store for me…’
In February 2014, Noble brought along her “show reel” to his hotel room. During that second meeting, allegedly Weinsten used promises of career advancement to lure Noble to his hotel room, where he forced himself on her.
“He said, ‘I need to know you really like me,’” Nobel said. “’I have all the information we need. I just need to know you really like me.’”
Weinstein didn’t care about Noble’s career. All he cared about was satisfying his sick needs. The disgusting situation ended in the bathroom where Weinstein allegedly made Noble perform sex acts in front of a mirror. From there Noble’s dreams were destroyed.
Now, bigger and bigger names are dripping out, with Oprah accused in the fray of Weinstein’s indecent behavior…
Kadian Noble went from an aspiring actress, to a played fool of Weinstein and Oprah’s to finally someone who has filed a sex trafficking lawsuit against Weinstein in a Manhattan federal court.
“I felt completely played,” she said. “I still can hear the rattle from his belt, like him undoing his belt while he had (a) grip of me.”
“It seemed like it went on forever and he basically took, just completely touched me inappropriately and got me to put — force my hand in places,” she added.
‘He informed her that she needed to relax, and if she did, his people would have all of her details and would “take care of everything” for her,’ reads the complaint.
Noble was also made to get on the phone with a person she was told was an executive she claims, with that man instructing her to be ‘a good girl and do whatever he wished.’
“Mr. Weinstein denies allegations of non-consensual sex,” his spokeswoman said. “Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.”
What a crock of sh….eet!
There are a least 75 actresses that have come forward with allegations against Weinstein using his power to sexually assault them, including names like Angelina Jolie and Gwenyth Paltrow.
Given Weinstein and Oprah’s cozy relationship, her condescending speech promising “a new day on the horizon” for “all the women who have endured years of abuse and assault” is not just ironic, but deeply hypocritical.
Don’t believe me? Ask yourself, why Oprah would be sucking on this scumbag’s ear?
Oprah, do you really want to talk about the TRUTH or just ‘YOUR truth’? Again as conservative Ben Shapiro said, “There is no such thing as ‘your truth.’ There is the truth and your opinion.”
